Synopsis: High pressure will build over the coast of the Carolinas tonight, and then into the western Atlantic on Sunday. An area of low pressure will move southeastward across the Tennessee Valley and into the Southeast on Monday. A cold front will then move through the waters Monday Night or Tuesday. Strong high pressure will build north of the waters Tuesday night through at least Thursday, with advisory-level winds and seas expected.
